1. Confirm whether the cable layout takes into account the wiring of other systems in the future and meets the construction requirements. The cable layout is reasonable and meets the construction requirements.
2. Confirm whether the input cable, output cable and battery cable are properly connected, tightened, or damaged. All cable connections must not be loose. Use the corresponding torque wrench to verify whether the screws are tightened, the connection is correct, and there is no damage.
3. If there is a remote management device connected, check whether the connection of the relevant USB, network port, etc. is correct and tight. The connection of control cables such as USB and network ports must be correct and tightened.
4. Check that the cable markings are clear and accurate. Both ends of the cable need to be marked, and the marking on the label should be concise and easy to understand.
5. Check whether the ground wire of the UPS power supply is connected to the ground wire row of the computer room, and whether the ground wire connection is reliable. It needs to be led to the ground bar in the computer room and connected firmly. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the UPS ground wire and the ground wire row of the computer room. The resistance value must be less than 0.1Ω.
6. Whether the spacing of the cable ties is uniform or not. The cable ties should be used evenly, and there should be no sharp corners at the cut end to avoid scratching the maintenance personnel.
7. Check the operating environment. Clean up conductive dust and other debris inside and outside the cabinet.
